Once Upon a Canvas can turn a dull morning into a truly memorable experience. Book a session for your family or share with friends (up to six children). Your child will love to paint as the story unfolds, exploring different tools and techniques and enjoying the creative process whilst you relax with coffee and a magazine. They will have great fun creating unique story canvasses which your family will love for years to come.

Each child works on a large area of canvas which gives them opportunity to express themselves to the full. Canvasses are authenticated with your child’s hand and/or footprints.

At the end of the workshop, you decide on your order. You may take home the unframed work for a £5 fee or if you prefer we can take away the canvas for framing. Part of the canvas is carefully selected and stretched onto a handmade frame. It is the skill in selecting and framing which makes the finished product so attractive. We are confident that you will want to give your child's story canvas pride of place in your home. Each canvas is then beautifully gift-wrapped before being collected or delivered directly to you (there is a small additional charge for delivery).

Framed canvasses feature your child's name and the date embossed on the corner and we can also add special messages upon request. Workshops lasts around 45 minutes, and each child takes home a certificate to remember the day.

Our workshop venue is located in Kings Heath, South Birmingham. There is a booking fee of £5 per child (non refundable). Workshops are suitable for children aged between 1 and 6 years. Canvas prices start at £20.
